EA Games was a juggernaut in the industry. Nintendo’s Wii was the hottest thing in gaming, and the market for casual games was taking off like a rocket. EA’s new Salt Lake City studio had recently signed a partnership to build casual games for Nintendo’s Wii and DS systems, all based on Hasbro properties. It was an exciting time, and EA Salt Lake was set up to take advantage of it.

I will go out on a limb and say that no other business skill will impact your bottom line as much as the skill of negotiation. I highly recommend investing as much effort as possible into studying and practicing negotiation in all aspects of your career. The three books cited previously are excellent resources.
